Casho.ai is a product of Getweys LLC, a Texas-registered company. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our policy for subscription cancellations, refunds, and related requests.

Free Plan

  • The Free plan does not require payment and does not include a trial period.
  • Users can use the Free plan indefinitely, subject to usage limitations (3 invoices, 3 quotes).
  • No refund or cancellation applies.

Paid Plans (Plus & Pro)

All paid subscriptions (Plus and Pro) are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely by Getweys LLC via Stripe or PayPal. If you subscribe through third-party app stores (e.g., Apple App Store), their refund policies will apply instead of this policy.

2.1 No Free Trial

Casho.ai does not offer a free trial. Instead, we encourage users to start with the Free plan (3 invoices, 3 quotes) to test the platform before upgrading to a paid plan. There is no need for credit card entry during Free plan usage.

2.2 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • If you upgrade to the Plus or Pro plan and are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to within 30 days of the original payment.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
  • Once a refund is issued, your account is downgraded to the Free plan, and paid features are no longer accessible.

2.3 No Refunds After 30 Days

  • No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period from the date of purchase.
  • If you are on an annual plan, the 30-day refund period starts from the initial payment date.
  • Cancellations after 30 days will still take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, but no refund will be provided.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, no further charges will be applied.
  • You will retain access to all paid features until the subscription expires at the end of the billing cycle.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days, you may request a full refund as per Section 2.2.
  • If you cancel after 30 days, you will retain access to the service until the end of the 12-month billing cycle, but no refund will be provided.
  • After the annual plan expires, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.

Billing & Automatic Renewal

  • Paid subscriptions (Plus & Pro) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
  • You will be charged the current subscription rate at the time of renewal.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before the renewal date.
  • If your payment method fails, we will attempt to re-process the payment. If unsuccessful, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan.

Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Subscription cancellations after the 30-day refund period.
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Partial usage of a billing cycle (e.g., if you used the service for 20 days and then requested a refund after 30 days, no partial refund is provided).
  • Disputes resolved through payment processors (Stripe or PayPal chargeback disputes) instead of contacting our support team directly.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Email within 30 days of payment.
  • Include your account email address and subscription details.
  • Briefly explain the reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve).
  • Our billing team will review and process your request within 5 business days.
  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
