Casho.ai is a web-based invoice and quotation generation platform offered as a subscription service by Getweys LLC. Users subscribe monthly or annually to access the software via a secure web dashboard. By accessing or using Casho.ai, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All subscriptions and payments are legally processed by Getweys LLC. Casho.ai is the product name/brand representing these services.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You agree to these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws

4.1Requirements

• Valid email address for verification
• Accurate business/personal information
• Secure password (8+ characters)

4.2Security

• You are responsible for your account security
• Notify support@casho.ai immediately of unauthorized access
• Getweys LLC / Casho.ai are not liable for compromised credentials due to user negligence

5.1Pricing Plans

5.2Billing Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually
• 7-day free trial available for Plus and Corporate plans
• 30-day money-back guarantee applies only within the first 30 days of subscription
• Prices exclude taxes (GST/VAT added at checkout)
• No refunds for partial billing periods after the initial 30-day period

5.3Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Getweys LLC using PCI-compliant payment processors.

5.4Cancellation

• Cancel anytime via Account Settings
• Access continues until the end of the billing period
• Contact billing@getweys.com for payment or subscription issues

6.1Permitted Use

• Legitimate business invoicing and quotation management
• Personal financial document management
• Client payment tracking
• Data export for records (CSV/PDF)

6.2Prohibited Use

• Fraudulent or illegal documents
• Bulk spam emailing
• Sharing accounts with others
• Reverse engineering or copying the software
• Any illegal activity

7.1Customer Data

• You own all invoices, clients, and payment records
• Export your data anytime in CSV or PDF format
• Deleting your account permanently removes your data

7.2Getweys LLC / Casho.ai Usage

• Anonymized usage data may be used for service improvement
• Customer data is never sold to third parties
• Email templates and logs are retained for 90 days

• Casho.ai and all its templates, AI models, and software are proprietary to Getweys LLC
• Generated invoices, quotations, and financial documents belong to you
• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Casho.ai's software except as permitted by these Terms

9.1Getweys LLC Commitments

• TLS 1.3 encryption
• Daily backups (7-day retention)
• SOC 2 compliant infrastructure

9.2User Responsibilities

• Use strong passwords
• Keep contact information up to date
• Report issues to support@casho.ai

11.1Customer Termination

• Cancel via dashboard at any time
• Export all data before account deletion
• Accounts inactive for 90 days may be deleted after prior email notification

11.2Getweys LLC / Casho.ai Termination

Immediate suspension or termination for violations of Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment

• Maximum liability of Getweys LLC is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, whichever is lower
• Not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or client payment disputes

• These Terms are governed by Texas, USA law
• Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Texas courts

Response Times:

• Free: 48 hours
• Plus: 24 hours
• Corporate: 4 hours

Getweys LLC may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of Casho.ai constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
