Limitation of Liability
- Maximum liability of Getweys LLC is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, whichever is lower
- Not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or client payment disputes
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by Texas, USA law
- Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Texas courts
